Idaho Employment Law Solutions (IELS) was formed with the goal of creating a veteran and minority owned boutique law firm handling principally employment and labor law matters for both employers and employees. Idaho Employment Law Solutions's mission is to provide effective solutions to employment and labor matters at the lowest level, avoiding costly litigation wherever possible.

Idaho Employment Law Solutions represents employees and businesses in actions for wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Idaho Employment Law Solutions also addresses claims alleging violations of Title VI, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and USERRA.

 Government and Administrative Law Matters

Idaho Employment Law Solutions will also represent government employees before the various agencies relating to employment (i.e. MSPB, OSHA, EEOC, NLRB). Idaho Employment Law Solutions will represent employees before any Idaho State Agency in an administrative proceeding where no conflict exist. Idaho Employment Law Solutions will also provide services as a hearing officer for any Idaho State Agency where no conflict exist.”
